The Gomez Family has proudly remained in the construction industry for three successive generations. Our journey takes root with Reynold Gomez, a visionary architect whose remarkable legacy helped shape the landscape of South America with the construction of numerous hospitals. Growing up in the industry Reynold was happy to pass his knowledge and work ethic off to Tony, his son who loved going to work on sites and learn as much as he could. This is where Tony got his love for construction and thus the second generation in the industry was born. 

After immigrating to the U.S., Tony Gomez and wife, Giovanna, hit the ground running and founded Marble and Tile Contractors in 1997, which primarily focused on tile flooring installation. M&T grew over the years into a very predominant flooring company, and along with the growth of business came growth of their family. Tony’s passion for construction, home improvement and customer services was passed down to his sons, who grew up around the business. 

His oldest, Simon, wasn’t intent on running the family business. But, he found himself in a transitional period between college and career – and saw an opportunity to continue the family legacy. With an unwavering dedication to clients and a commitment to unmatched workmanship, he has transformed the company into the renowned Gomez Contractors.
